Yes, for standard rental packages you'll need your own TV with HDMI input. TV rental may be available for the Event Package, ask us for details.
Yes! Same-day bookings are available depending on slot availability. Message us as early as possible to secure your spot.
Yes! An additional controller can be added to any package for RM10/day. Subject to availability. Message us when booking to check stock.
No worries at all. Our team will come to your location, connect everything to your TV, test it, and make sure you're ready to play before we leave.
Any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period is the full responsibility of the customer. Replacement costs will be charged accordingly. Please handle all equipment with care.
We accept all major e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, etc.) and bank transfer. Cash payment is not accepted.
A deposit (non-refundable, deducted from your total rental cost) is required to secure your booking slot. The deposit is the higher of RM30 or 10% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. We'll send you the full payment breakdown when confirming your booking.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, the deposit is forfeited. If we cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
Same-day bookings are welcome, subject to slot availability. That said, booking earlier gives you a better chance of securing your preferred time, especially on weekends.
